Where the feedback dialog asks for an email address, I gave the one to which posts are sent. After pressing "Post Idea", there appeared, just below "Signed in as vefatica <email_addr>", the text "User required: No user or not signed" (no omissions there). What's up with that?
That was from the small (overlay) interface that you get when you press "Feedback". I tried several times with the same result. It worked from the bigger interface that you get when you browse the suggestions.
