I don't see a Feedback tab anywhere, and the feedback site the tab used to point to (http://jpsoft.uservoice.com/) seems to have less traffic than this forum. So, which is the "official" suggestion forum? This one or the uservoice one?
There's considerably more traffic on the uservoice.com forum (most of the messages here are old). You should see the Uservoice "feedback" button on the left side of the page.
