JP Software offers online Support Forums accessible via a web interface, or via email. Please use the Support Forums whenever possible. They are our primary support venue, and they are where you will receive the fastest answer (and benefit from the experience of other users). The forums are moderated, so they are free from spam and advertising. The forum archives are also searchable, and may already contain the answer to your question.
Before contacting us for technical support, check your local help files (or the Online Web Help), and other documentation for answers to your question. If you can't find what you need, try the Index or the Find or Search function.

All support queries should try our Support Forums first. Barring emergencies, we will respond within one business day, and often much more quickly than that, including nights and weekends. Note that private email and phone support is not included in the Standard Support Plan.
Note that telephone / fax support requires an Extended Support Plan. Technical support by telephone within the US and Canada is handled on a callback basis. If you are not sure if your question requires technical support or need other assistance in addition to your technical questions, please call our main number at 1-800-595-8197. Our office staff will assist you with all of your concerns, including having a technical support representative call you back if necessary. Note that leaving a message on our Support Forums is generally much faster.
