The real application of this doesn't use touch /c, that was just an easy way for me to test. What I'm really doing is saving attachments from e-mail and based on the docs I assumed the /U meant that the event would trigger after the file...
I recently upgraded from 9.x to

I've looked around a little bit for solutions to this, but didn't find anything obvious. I only use the 4nt console if that matters and I've tested with these versions:
