Declined 4nt / tcmd 8 icons

If by chance 4nt / tcmd / tci 8 are rebuilt, is it possible to revert to the old style icons (and leave the new icons for tcc / tcmd 9 and later?

I use both versions in my dual boot machine. Mostly 2k, but i do have xp boot and (heaven forbid) vista.

I have no idea what you're asking for.

You can tell Windows to use any icon you want for a given program.

The current exe files for 8.02 use the new style ball icons, such as tcc 9 etc. The older ones 8.01 and earlier use the lightning bolt icon.

While you can set the pif or link to use any icon, the program often changes the icon to the one in the exe.

There is no chance of a new 4NT 8 build.

But there are apps out there that will replace the icons in an .EXE.
