_TCTAB and TakeCommandIPC (mixing versions)?

When TCC v25 is running in a TCMD v26 tab, _TCTAB is 0. Is that WAD?

In the same situation, TakeCommandIPC() fails. Is that WAD?

TakeCommandIPC() has always required TCC and Take Command to be the same version. I'm pretty sure that's by design.

Hmmm! I wonder if it's used by _TCTAB.

No TCC <-> TCMD cooperation is available unless you're running the same versions.

If the versions don't match, TCC behaves like any other console app.
