No changes to the code. Just add an embedded index to the PDF Help. It changes searches from having to look through the document letter-by-letter, to Google-speed results.
In Adobe Acrobat Standard ver 9 (the one I have ...) Menu => Advanced => Document Processing => Manage Embedded Index.
Although Acrobat doesn't say so anywhere, every time you make a change to the document it wipes out the index.
