After downloading the package, build 20 installed. But something strange happened.
I've had a "TCC20" shortcut on my desktop through most of the lifetime of v20. Updating has left it alone. After updating to build 19, I started to get a security warning when I used my shortcut. The target of the shortcut had been changed from "g:\tc20\tcc.exe" to \\zz\g$\tc20\tcc.exe". I chalked it up to something I had done and forgotten about and I set it back to "g:\tc20\tcc.exe".
After the update to build 20, it's back. And this time I certainly didn't do it.
