ANSI, ANSIWin10 ... ?

I thought at one point that letting Win10 handle the ANSI was the way to go. Here's CMD showing my prompt, as set in the Control Panel System applet, and its effect.

The only way I can see the colored prompt in TCC is to have ANSI=Yes; and the value of ANSIWin10 is irrelevant. Here are two pics of newly started TCCs showing that.

Does the "ANSIWin10" option work? Windows 10 doesn't seem to handle any ANSI in TCC.

If ANSI=Yes:
If ANSIWin10=Yes, use Windows 10's built-in ANSI
If ANSIWin10=No, use TCC's built-in ANSI

If ANSI=No
Don't use anybody's ANSI. The value of ANSIWin10 is irrelevant.
Thanks for the clarification.
