ATTRIB /NE issue

In DIR, PDIR, MOVE, COPY, etc. the /NE option suppresses the "no (more) matching files" warning message, identically to the action of the /E option. However, in the ATTRIB command, only /E suppresses the warning, /NE does not. Is this WAD?

Fixed for the next build. (It only affected file searching, not the
attribute changing.)
