ATTRIB not working (TC 11.0 Windows 7)

My "Open Office" crashed on a DOCX file sent to me, the crash left behind hidden 'lock' files for each attempt. TC's "ATTRIB /A:-H" was not able to unhide any file, preventing me from deleting the lock files.

Reverting to the old CMD level, Windows ATTRIB *was* able to unhide, allowing them to be deleted.

I realize I have an older version of TC, but this is for others to find, and perhaps the 'bug' still exists???! ;-)

Unlikely to be TC related -- TC and CMD use the same (only) Windows API for changing file attributes. More likely a permissions issue.
