PLUGIN command display

1/ When the command is used to list everything about all plugins, force
whitespace between entries displayed. Currently each entry is allowed 11
characters, including separation from the next entry. F. Romano's FEDUTILS
and Vince's SYSUTILS use some 11-character entry names, which are thus not
separated from the next entry.
2/ Provide options to list only a subset of the full information:
2.1/ Plugin name only
2.2/ select any one or more of the following:
2.2.1/ commands
2.2.2/ internal variables
2.2.3/ functions
Other

1/ Enhance WHICH to provide the name of the plugin which executes a command
2/ A method to determine which plugin provides the specified internal
variable or variable function.
