Bug in plugin break handling?

Just a quick check that this didn't get lost in the thread. Rex, can
you confirm that this is a bug? I don't see any straightforward
workaround, so I'd rather leave my plugin as it is, but that means it
will crash TCC on a Ctrl-C until this bug is fixed...
