Build 12 annoyances

1. Every time I open a new tab, I see the console window flash in front of the Take Command window. This is a minor cosmetic nuisance.
2. When I try to drag over text to highlight it, the tab window goes blank. Makes it difficult to copy text to the clipboard.

Neither issue is reproducible here. (And none of that code changed in build 12.)

Anybody else able to reproduce these issues?

Both appear to be fixed in v33.00.19. (If the console window is still popping up for a new tab, it's subliminally fast.)
