The installer decided (on its own) to move the 64-bit ipworks16.dl to the "common" group, so it overwrote the 32-bit ipworks16.dll. (This has happened before; nobody seems to know why.)
I've already fixed it and reuploaded 20.11.39. It only affects the 32-bit build (i.e., < 2% of the users).

Right, it's the same build number. You have to uninstall the bad version first.

This is what I am getting after uninstalling TCMD 20 and reinstalling the latest. Is there a work around this?
