Installed 32b and 64b on Win7 and 32b on XP - no problems (other than a bad - 2048 byte - first download of 64b version, repeat OK).

Does the IsLicense DLL have a new version/name (IsLicense60.dll)? If so, what happens to the v16 IsLicense50.dll that v15 and v14 are now depending on?

?? There is no IsLicense60.dll -- where did you get that name?? It's still IsLicense50.dll, but with some bug fixes.

Hello Rex. I installed on two machines with the Help | Check for updates method.

Windows 8.1 x64 [Version 6.3.9600]
Windows 7 x64 [version 6.1.7601]

Both upgraded fine without issues.
