Build 56 @FILESIZE problem

TC and TCC 10.0.56 Win XP SP3

C:\work> echo %@filesize[\tzn.txt,b]
6

This never happened before with builds 55 and earlier.

Fix verified. Thank you. Also several other errors in my TCSTART.BAT file which showed up with build 56 have disappeared, as I suspected they might.
