Done build log

I have looked in several places, but could find no log of what changed in each version and build for Take Command. Is this posted anywhere? If not, please do, or perhaps just put a list of features into a subversion repository and let the user do diffs to see what has changed between two dates.

Do a "Check for Updates" in Take Command -- if there is a new version
available, the changes for each version are listed in the popup window.
