News Call for v21 feature requests

If the plugin authors have any requests for new features or changes in the plugin architecture, please let me know now. (The v21 underlying architecture is being finalized now.)

Also, if you have any plugin commands or variables that you prefer to see incorporated into TCMD / TCC itself (perhaps because the plugin really needs access to internal TCMD / TCC functionality) let me know.
