If you're referring to the beep TCC makes when you do things like tab completion with no matches, then no, you can't change the type of the sound (only the frequency and duration). If you're referring to the sound Windows makes when you echo a ASCII 7 (bell), that's up to Windows -- TCC isn't involved at all.

In either case, the volume is set by Windows, not TCC.
