How to? can not open jvm.cfg help

i need some help with my system varibles , i changed one of the values to get my java jvm to execute but to no avail. here is my dos print

i am having a similar problem may be you could help me . this is my dos path

also cannot open java icon from control panel

it show the jdk in the path , however it will not open , any good ideas apprec...
 
Does this have anything to do with Take Command? You appear to be using CMD.EXE; does TCC.EXE behave any differently?
 
Are you running as Administrator?? Do you have permissions to that folder from the user you are using??

IME Java is absolutely awful at dealing with users not running as Admin (Java update, for instance, will fail if run from a non-admin user - it generates a UAC prompt for Admin access but then the download fails. The only way to get it to work is to log on as an Admin user and run from there)
