Can you feed a file list to SELECT?

I have created a list of files that I need to work on. However, for certain operations, I only need to work on some of the files. It would be nice if I could use the SELECT command with @file so that it presents me with the list of files that I can then mark the files to work with for the command. I don't think this is available in V9, and I just realized that V10 beta is going on. Can this be done in V10? If not, could it be added?

Thanks,
Danny

You cannot do it with SELECT in either v9 or v10 (and the v10 feature
list is frozen).

Depending on what you want to do, you might be able to do it with @SELECT.
