From the (Registered) CMDebug 21 Help menu, I chose Help | Check for updates...

It said that v21.01.54 was available, so I chose to update.

After the update, it said that my evaluation period expires in 30 days.

So, I chose Help | Register, and entered my Activation Key. It returned "The activation key does not correspond to version 22.0

Choosing Help | About shows that I have CMDebug v21.01.54 x64

There was an error on the registration server. I have a fix in CMDebug 21.01.55 (already uploaded); please try that and let me know if it doesn't work for you.
