I was trying the color command with bright white on blue and then a cls command but
found out if the screen scrolls up with say the dir command that the end of lines to the
end of the screen line reverted back to the default black background.
I found out if I scrolled through the whole screen buffer it would finally start using the blue
    background.
Or if I used the command echo %@consoleb[0] to create a new screen buffer it would initialize
the whole buffer with the background color...............?
