Done Custom filetype verbs

I would like the ability to add / remove / replace verbs and commands to certain file types.

This would allow
- change a dangerous "execute" default action into a safer ''edit"
- modify the default editor for a filetype
- have more than one option for editing the file type
- have a non-default "execute" among other options
- etc
