Debug build of textpipeengine.dll ?

During the v14 install, I was surprised to see a familiar debug pop-up from the Delphi memory manager reporting that 'this application has leaked memory', with the usual explanatory note saying that the memory check is only performed if Delphi is running on the same computer (it was). Your installer was blocked until I dismissed the dialog.

Process Explorer showed that the owner of the window was an instance of MSIEXEC with command line:
    "C:\Windows\syswow64\MsiExec.exe" /Y "C:\Program Files\JPSoft\TCMD14x64\textpipeengine.dll".

Has a debug rather than a release build of this DLL been accidentally included?

No - I don't have the source code for textpipeengine.dll, so there's no way I could create a debug build.
