Default ConPty, run from toolbar, no ConPty?

ConPty is my default. If I run any TCC from a toolbar button (start a new window) or from Tabs\Run (start in a new tab) it starts not using ConPty.

Is that expected?

If you right click on the tab bar and select "new tab", you'll get a conpty tab. If you select "Run", you'll get a dialog that has radio buttons for "Start in ConPTY", which means start a new tab using ConPTY, and "Start in a new tab", which means start a new tab NOT using ConPTY.

What about a toolbar button? There's no choice there and I get no ConPty even if ConPty is the default.
