Fixed Deleting breakpoints

If I create a breakpoint by clicking in IDE's margin and then left-click on it, it is removed from the breakpoint watch list but the red dot does not go away. The same is true in I choose "Delete Breakpoint" from a breakpoint's context menu.
This was fixed in 14.03.54 ( see http://jpsoft.com/forums/threads/breakpoint-bugs.4493/ ) but it's back in versions 15 and 16.

It's a bug in recent builds of Scintilla. I've kludged around it for build 26.
