DESCRIBE /=

does not work for files with spaces in their name or path.

Not a bug.

If you select a filename with embedded whitespace with the browse dialog, the DESCRIBE dialog will add the enclosing quotes. If you're entering the filename yourself in the "Source" field, you must double quote the name yourself -- otherwise, DESCRIBE assumes you're entering multiple source arguments.
