In another thread I said: "And neither Desktop nor MyComputer are expanded in the list-view when selected in folders-view. Should they be expanded in list-view?"

Strange things happen. If MyComputer (drives) shows in list-view and I select Desktop in folders-view (collapsing the tree or not), MyComputer continues to show in list-view and 2-clicking on a drive opens an explorer window.

If, say, v:\ shows in list-view and I select Desktop in folders-view, v:\continues to show in list-view and 2-clicking a sub-folder of v:\ does nothing.

No, they don't return anything that can be displayed in a list view.
