Fixed DESKTOP, START?

v:\> desktop /c /n "dt 2"

v:\> start /desktop="dt 2" notepad

v:\> desktop
dt 2

The "/N" didn't work; it switched to the new desktop.

START still can't handle desktop names containing spaces. Above, notepad started on the current, default, desktop.
