In the help, in the page about "XMLSettings" is talks about "TAKECOMMAND.XML" and then talks about "IDE.XML".
In the What's New it talks about "TCMD.XML".
The correct names are both TCMD.XML and IDE.XML (different files for different apps). I've corrected the reference to TAKECOMMAND.XML (which was used in previous versions).
p.s.: Don't ever try to modify those files yourself!
