The property sheet and the popup windows should be working now with WT and 34.0.24 (already uploaded).
Note that if you previously called a popup window, it will have saved its position when it closed. So you'll have to move it where you want it (or delete the entries in TCMD.INI). Subsequent invocations should appear in the right position.
