dirs displays a dialog when called with no parameters and there is a directory stack

If you issue the dirs command with no directory stack it will correctly display that the directory stack is empty, but if there is a directory on the stack it will not display the existing directory stack rather it brings up the dirs command dialog. This is with 34.00.23.

If you click OK (or press ENTER) on the empty command dialog,
it will display the existing directory stack.

Canceling the empty command dialog will also cancel the display of the existing directory stack.

Just a work around until it is fixed.
