Edit/remove kbd shortcuts of Macro Recorder?

I use Win+F11 as a shortcut to launch another app - and it never occurred to me that it was this shortcut that created this disturbing "Recording Macro" on my screen - which I sometimes noticed without ever having wanted to record a macro. Only by accident I found out today that TCC was also watching for this key-combo. I currently don't use macro-recorder and would really like to use that hotkey to launch the other app. Is there a way I can change that shortcut in TCC?

TCC is not watching for Win+F11, Take Command is. And o, there is no way currently to change that in Take Command.

How about disabling the Macro Recorder in the TCMD.INI file?
