Please consider also calling the keystroke-plugins hook for keys pressed while filename completion is active.

At this time, plugin hotkeys pressed during filename completion just insert a garbage character on the command line and exit completion; a second press is needed before the plugin sees the key.

And similarly during a history search; e.g. a plugin hotkey is not recognized immediately after recalling a command line via [Up] and [Down], etc.

And also in keyboard block marking.

Already done in build 46.
