Does TCC look for (LPARAM) "Environment" in WM_SETTINGCHANGE?
I ask because starting a RemoteDesktop session causes TCC (on the RD host) to do an environment refresh but I can find nothing in the environment that has changed other than the reversion to the user environment's "PROMPT=$e[32;1m$p$g$s$e[0m" after I had changed it locally in an instance of TCC.
