Error message from TOUCH

Z:\ is a ram drive. I've had no problems with it. Though it works, TOUCH gives an error message (see below).

It's the same in the root of a "real" (non-system) hard drive.

I can confirm this behavior

[...]$ tcc /c touch /c \foo.txt
TCC: (Sys) Access is denied.

[...]$ tcc /v

The file is create ok' though.
