Find failure dialog box failure

Running Take Command v10.00.57, if I click Edit \ Find and enter a
string that won't be found, a dialog box pops up with a single "OK"
button in the bottom half of the box, which is rendered correctly. The
top half of the box has the red X and all black pixels. There is no
descriptive text.

While the original Find dialog box is on the screen, I can click Tabs
\ New Tab and it will launch normally. While the "OK" box is on the
screen, it will respond to the clicks by opening the menus as
expected, but the tab does not actually launch until I click the OK
button.
