1/ In User Control Panel -> Subscribed Forums the forum "Tips and Tricks"
does not permit selection of "Instant notification by email".

2/ The forum "T&T - Plugins" (which had been set in my User Control Panel to
"Instant notification by email" for many months) includes Joe Caverly's post
from 12:30 yesterday, but my "instant notification" has not yet been
received 22 hours later.

3/ Please make either automatically deliver attachments to email
subscribers, or at least make it possible to use the URL included to
download without the need to explicitly log in and loose the URL while doing
so.

Please make either automatically deliver attachments to email subscribers
Hasn't this been gone over before? Like me, not all subscribers want every attachment e-mailed to them. And consider the wasted bandwidth this would cause for everyone, including the server itself. An option to do so on an individual basis would be preferable.

WAD - that isn't a forum, it's a header. You can only subscribe to
individual forums, not headers.

Not reproducible here; it was received here about 5 minutes after it was
posted. Given the number of times you've complained about this, I suspect
you've got something on your end blocking at least some of the posts.

First, nobody else *wants* that (we've had this discussion before!).
Second, it's a vBulletin issue, requiring them to implement the feature; I
couldn't do anything about it even if I wanted to.
