Forums, settings awry again

It was OK later last night. But this morning, the beta forum is non-existent and there's no "instant notification" available (and I suspect no mail).

It was OK later last night. But this morning, the beta forum is non-existent and there's no "instant notification" available (and I suspect no mail).

It was still ok when I first looked at about 6:30 PDT but when I got to work at 8:40 PDT it was broke again.
