FTP and McAfee Firewall

There is no documentation (or at least I failed to find it) that the firewall component of McAfee Internet Security is automatically installed, and it disables FTP. The simplest solution I found is to disable "protecting" me from my work, and enable the firewall of Micorsoft Security Center.
