Done Further enhancement of PDIR

Allow the acwu modifiers (access, creation, modification stamps, UTC
display) for the date and time display field codes d and t, in the same
manner as they are available in date and time selection ranges. These would
override any /T:... options, and allow PDIR to display all 3 timestamps if
desired.

Cannot be done without a major rewrite of the directory handling code.

However, that feature already exists in PDIR; just use the
@filewrite[*,...] syntax.

Oops, that should be @filetime.
