Has the JPSoft SparkLIST already been shutdown?

Earlier today I received this when trying to reply to a post from last week (I was on vacation):

Sorry, but this mailing list has been disabled by the site administrator
and is not accepting any postings.
Your message was not accepted for distribution.

No, it hasn't been shut down yet; SparkList broke it again. Hopefully
we can get them to fix it later today (they're on the west coast and not
answering their phones right now).

It's scheduled to be shut down on June 30.
