Done Have option not to pause TCMD console output when mouse is clicked elsewhere

Pausing the console output within TCMD when the mouse is clicked within TCMD is a good idea because it allows you to select text, but pausing the output when the mouse is clicked elsewhere is odd and achieves nothing because you can't then select text by dragging the (still-clicked) mouse into the TCMD window.

So, TCMD should work more like other software by just starting selection mode when the mouse is clicked within the window, and then hold selection mode until the mouse is released, even if it is dragged outside of the TCMD window in the meantime. If the mouse is clicked outside of the TCMD window it should be ignored.
