Documentation Help: links to "Conditional expressions" don't work

In the help for IF, IFF, @IF, DO (maybe elsewhere) clicking on the highlighted "conditional expressions" results in

This page can’t be displayed

• Make sure the web address //ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm# is correct.

Numerous other links on those pages ("command separator", "command group", "duplicate CMD bugs", ...) do the same thing.

It's the same for links to "command separator", parameter character", and "escape character" on the ALIAS help page. No doubt there are ones I haven't found.

I extracted the CHM file. "Conditionalexpressions.htm" isn't there, probably others.
