Help problems

I encountered a problem with the Help system of TCMD 23.

Made curious by another thread here, I entered "shebang" and hit the F1 key (3)

Result see (4).

"shebang" is found by Help's search system.

F1 looks for a topic name that matches the argument. SHEBANG is not an internal command, and has no topic of its own.

You'll get the same result if you enter "waffles_for_everybody" and press F1.

The error message (and the help app) are Microsoft's. Unless Microsoft sends me the source code there's not much I can do about it.
