How to? Help will not Load in View (File Viewer)??

Copy v.chm from ftp://ftp.jpsoft.com/help/v.chm to your Take Command installation directory.

When I copied v.chm to the TCMD folder, the help file for "v" opens, but every page says that navigation to the web page was canceled. Windows 7, x64.

I did some searching, and found that I needed to right-click on the .chm file, choose properties, and click the "Unblock" button. Otherwise Windows keeps trying to protect me from this help file I downloaded from the internet...
