Done Hide Explorer Toolbar when Hiding Windows

When "Toggling View Windows", could you also toggle the Explorer toolbar? Except for possibly the "Edit/Debug" button, the toolbar seems to serve no purpose if the View Windows are hidden.

The Explorer toolbar is controlled separately because it has at least two fields that are not related to the view windows (Edit/Debug and Find), and it is also customizable so that it could have additional buttons added. If you don't want either the view windows or the Explorer toolbar it's easy enough to hide both one time. If you want to frequently hide/unhide both of them (probably not IMO a likely event) it's admittedly an extra step.
