Rex, have you ever considered repurposing the high-order console attributes -- the funky DBCS stuff like COMMON_LVB_GRID_HORIZONTAL and COMMON_LVB_GRID_LVERTICAL -- for text attributes like italic, bold, and underline within Take Command tab windows?
